Roles include:Engineering support of critical plant equipment including: High Shear Mixing, Slot Die Coating, Metal Slitting, Calendaring and Rule Die Punching in a US FED STD 209E, ISO 7 Clean Room environment: Including- ID of critical spares, equipment upgrades and ordering of parts Asset efficiency improvement and up time studies Daily Operations support/ troubleshooting of sensors, gear boxes, slot die coating, IR, vision systems and steam cure. Research and development of new product designs for Fire Safety Systems (dampers, doors, valves and pressure vessels).
