I am currently the Senior Director of Compliance for Global External Innovation (GEI) and Business Development (BD) Americas, within the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Compliance organization.In this role, l ensure that the activities and related strategies of GEI and BD departments across all sectors comply with Compliance laws, regulations and industry standards (including Innovation Centers, JLabs, World Without Disease, Lung Cancer Initiative). This work includes serving directly on BD projects teams as the Compliance representative and mentoring and coordinating others who may be assigned to work on BD projects.
