• Optimized the U.S. bank account structure by consolidating the number of cash management banks in the cash pool from 8 to 3 resulting in a 48% fewer bank accounts and a decrease in banking fees by $700k annually.• Promptly established an EFT pre-funding processes for all U.S. disbursement banks as a result of bankruptcy filing and quickly assisted in the establishment of a six person wire room to initiate emergency vendor payments.• Responsible to setup “Day 1” cash management & treasury activities for 7 product line divestitures to financial buyers and coordinated TSA activities between Treasury, shared service center and new spinoff company.
