Repair and maintain three phase pneumatic pump and vacuums, take soil, samples, take groundwater samples, read site, maps, construction oversight, well installation oversight.

Responsible for continuously observing hot work activity, for the detection of, and response to, fires during hot work operations. Trained in assessing and monitoring for emergencies to buildings or a location. The fire warden will call 911 and alert the occupants in case of a fire or similar emergency.

Patrol assigned property and grounds to ensure the safety of building occupants and safeguard institutional property.

Perform all F-16 Block 40 O-level and associated electrical and environmental systems and equipment maintenance, IAW F-16CG (DG) Job Guides and AFI 21-101.Perform TCTOs, OTIs, materials inspection, system troubleshooting, fault isolation, functional/operational/performance tests, adjustment, wire repairs and component repair/replacement IAW AFI 21-101 and applicable TOs.Perform user maintenance on test and special equipment for these systems.Ensure Due In From maintenance (DIFM) assets within the contractors control are expeditiously turned into the LRS within the repair cycle established timeline criteria IAW AFI Ensure 781 Series Aircraft Forms and IMDS-CDB are documented correctly/accurately IAW TO 00-20-1.Ensure only designate supervisors/leads are authorized to use non-JDD procedures on F-16 Block 40 aircraft (screens 45 and 46) in IMDS-CDB IAW AFI 21-101.

Position involves the handling of goods and documents. Must have the ability to lift up to 75lbs. Primary job duties include ensuring successful transfer and delivery of goods to intended destinations. Additional responsibilities include sorting packages for delivery, operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, trucks, and conveyor belts, have good spatial orientation and, on rare occasions, picking up and delivering packages.
