I help clients mitigate the risks and challenges inherent in real estate development, especially in today's volatile market.My mission is to serve as a trusted advisor to urban and resort developers, cities, landowners, financial advisors, and family businesses with real estate holdings, by providing strategies, market insights, and holistic solutions that ensure the success of their projects and organizations. As a former CEO and a "relationship architect", I leverage my extensive network and experience to strategically integrate and mobilize people, ideas, and resources, and to build strategic alliances between various stakeholders.
