I assisted to grow the business from a private company with 30 people, through a complex IPO in August 2013 where we raised $350m and simultaneously acquired stakes in 65 businesses; and now to a current MCap of $2.1billion and ASX200 listed business.I have extensive experience in investing in SME businesses and driving a return on investment. I managed the acquisition of 17 SME companies (brokers and MGA’s) and 4 mergers which included all aspects of the acquisition process from valuations to due diligence to legals.I had management responsibility for a portfolio of 15 equity investment stakes including business development, operations and budgeting. I attended board meetings, and worked side by side with management to grow the business.
