I joined the Webster & Horsfall Group in 2004. In 2009 I qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.I went on to become a member of the group’s executive board in 2010.I am responsible for providing strategic and financial guidance to the group and for maintaining high standards of corporate governance.I am part of an executive team that founded Tyseley Energy Park in 2010 which to date has delivered over £70m of inward investment and is regarded as one the UK's leading Energy Innovation Zones.In 2018 the team completed a successful management buyout whilst at the same time entering into a strategic partnership to co-develop Tyseley Energy Park with the University of Birmingham.Since celebrating the company’s 300th anniversary in 2020, our team has created a Business Incubator to support the commercialisation of low carbon energy solutions.The team is also working on creating a Centre of Excellence for Engineering Innovation.
