September 1992 to February 2010 - Environmental Services Manager/Transportation and Environmental Planner, McTish, Kunkel & Associates• Professional responsibilities included project management, planning and technical services required to complete a wide variety of projects in an expeditious, cost effective and environmentally sensitive manner. • Project management services included new business development, preparing technical and price proposals, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agency personnel, providing presentations at various agency and public meetings, assuring conformance with established budgets and schedules, and coordinating the talents of a wide variety of engineers, planners, scientists, technical and administrative staff, including sub-consultants, at three office locations – Allentown, Montoursville and Pittsburg. Planning services focused on transportation, environmental approvals and energy facilities, especially feasibility studies in support of bicycle and pedestrian facilities, greenways and trails, highways and natural gas transmission corridors. • Technical services include natural and cultural resource inventories and environmental site assessments to complete impact assessments, wetland delineations, ecological and cultural resource restoration design services, and reports and related documentation in accordance with a wide variety of Federal, state and local regulatory agency programs.
