Work to ensure Faculty at Strayer University are properly credentialed and assigned to acceptable courses based on their educational and professional background.Analysis of faculty's backgrounds are done to ensure compliance with multiple state and regional accreditation standards the University must adhere too.Managing projects dealing with the improvement of the overall Faculty Credentialing process. This includes on-boarding improvements for faculty, improved credentialing standards that align to different state requirements, reviews of current faculty, collaboration with Faculty Recruiters to ensure correct faculty are hired.Provide in-depth data analysis to watch for trends in all facets of hiring and employee retention.

Recruited faculty for Strayer University's College of Business. This included a broad range of disciplines and campuses within Strayer University. In addition to recruitment, also handled the analysis, review, and coding of courses for all faculty based on their credentials.Aided in the roll-out of new HR system, Workday, helping to implement the Faculty process into the new system. Created various reports to help provide in depth analysis using current and historical data. These reports were used to show productivity of recruitment team as well as providing information on the true needs of the University from a faculty-prospective.Created a complex report for ACBSP accreditation for the University. This report required the analysis of 1500 faculty members’ credentials to provide justifications for why certain courses were taught by these professors.Created and delivered training on the various processes being used for recruiting of Faculty to Academic leaders. Training included broad overview of original process and progressed to new training on updated process improvements. Training created was delivered both as live presentations and virtual trainings.

Head Coach for the Potomac Patriots Youth Hockey Club which provides children the opportunity to play competitive, travel youth ice hockey. As a Head Coach, responsibilities include the growth of team's players both on and off the ice through teaching good habits and providing skills development. The Head Coach also works to instill hockey systems for the team that will help the players grow into well rounded players, while also setting them up for success in the current moment. Manages the team's finances for each season. This includes setting a team budget to help pay for any expenses the team incurs over the course of the season. This includes various expenses such as tournament costs, hotel rooms, team functions, and miscellaneous other expenses.

Head Coach for the Prince William Hockey Club which provides children the opportunity to play competitive, travel youth ice hockey. Progressed through a training program that had specific modules used to show different areas of the overall business. This included time in the profit center warehouse, inside sales, outside sales, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Product Ordering.Created and presented at the yearly Management meeting each year of employment. Presentations provided an in-depth look at improvements implemented at the local profit center. Topics included Warehouse layout for improved efficiency and expanding to a new product market in the local area.Overhauled warehouse layout of two local profit centers in order to improve orders' time-to-fill. Saw an improvement of 20% at one location and 13% at the second location.
