Carry our on site risk assessment and record appropriately. Train other colleagues on all aspects of build, splicing and testing.

Working on spines, planning and programming the build of the spine, tracing and fault finding high loses within the network using an OTDR, toner and power meter, finding and sorting cross connections using a live fibre detector and red light source, checking the quality of the build and sorting build issues and FNC issues.
