• Responsible for implementation of NetSolutions, LTC in the Long-Term Care facility including ensuring workflow functionality, building and organizing the system, training team members, and providing go live support as well as post go live support, contributing to the enhancement of products in coordination with development. Responsible for training the following: ADT, Physician Orders including Pharmacy orders, UDA (User Defined Assessments), Care Plans, SNFQAPI, Point of Care (POC), MDS, eAssignments, eDocs, Infection Control and Incident Reporting. • Responsible for implementation of Optimum iMed in the Acute Care facility including ensuring workflow functionality, building and organizing the system, training team members, and providing go live support as well as post go live support, contributing to the enhancement of products in coordination with development.• Travels to various client sites, evaluating the need of the facility and providing effective solutions to any problems or inconsistencies.• Train and supports users on all aspects of the EMR, including order entry, installing pharmacy, nursing documentation, and physician order entry as well as CPOE, eMAR, Flowsheets, Assessments and Meaningful Use I and II.• Administers exceptional problem-solving techniques to all issues and trouble tickets, implementing timely, cost effective resolutions, documenting all actions taken, providing exceptional customer support during the build phase, building rapport with customers, and ensuring satisfaction and operational success.• Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure that the projects remain on budget and within the scope of Purchase Order (PO) while assisting in quality assurance evaluations.
