Managed construction of a major addition to John Muir Medical Center - Concord's 313-bed general acute care hospital. The project added 5 cardiac catheterization procedure rooms, a relocated and expanded Emergency Department, a 12-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, a 17-bed Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit and a 30-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry Unit. Project completed on time and within budget without interruption to ongoing inpatient care operations. In addition, managed the design and construction of numerous renovations within the the hospital, including an expanded in-patient pharmacy, renovation of the Central Sterile Processing Department, a new GI procedure room and a new telecommunications voice and data equipment room. Responsibilities included management of the facility's annual capital budget, procurement of design and construction services and managing project scope, schedule and budget compliance.

The project included a new Emergency Department/Regional Trauma Center, an 8-room surgical suite and outpatient clinical care space for numerous medical specialties.
