As a leader in cancer biology with a strong computational and experimental biology background, I have dedicated my career to combining macromolecular structural analysis with population genetics to understand the functional impact of variants in somatic cancers and rare diseases. My teams have successfully integrated genomic, structural, and functional data to prioritize, interpret, and classify the impact of variants derived from both somatic and germline sequencing.
