More than 30 years of operations, real estate investment, land entitlement and ground up development experience. While working for several home builders, including Brookfield Homes and Signature Properties, I oversaw the acquisition and/or development of more than 10,000 single family and multifamily housing units across the United States.Our team has decades of collective experience in asset management, acquisitions, entitlements, ground up development, re-development, marketing and sales across a spectrum of product types including resort, urban, mixed-use, and master planned communities.

Primary responsibilities include the oversight of a diversified portfolio consisting of over 15 contracting and construction related companies in and around Jackson Hole. He focuses on land development, strategic partnerships, and future projects, as well as improving operational efficiencies and recruiting new talent. The majority of Robert’s career has been in the corporate world working for home builders and in private equity.

Responsible for the management and oversight of land acquisition, dispositions and entitlements, home building operations, sales and marketing with a focus on urban infill.
