Assign company cards, clearance codes, specific area access, review transactions, prepare and distribute access reports.C. Keys. Assign, record, and distribute keys to building employees.D. Contact system vendors as necessary for repairs, reviews, and updates. Building iVisitor system. Make entries into building computer system for visitors to client employees.Supervise security guard force. Schedule shifts, conduct periodic inspections of guard posts and officers, obtain and replace uniforms, review supervisor reports, instruct concerning bomb threats and handling law enforcement visitors.Emergency drills. Assign and schedule fire and emergency drills teams for each client floor. Assist Fire & Life Safety Director in providing emergency instructions.Post Orders. Periodically update current company personnel lists, specific post orders, procedures for emergency drills, onsite medical emergencies, weather or violent incident emergencies, intruder trespass situations, and visitor escorts.Client contact. Regularly meet with designated client contact and other department representatives concerning any issues or upcoming eventsProvide current AUS documents concerning new company procedures and systems, and instruct security officers.Constantly review all duties and responsibilities of security officers, functioning of access control systems, and client requirements, in order to meet and exceed expectations.
