- Promotion to Technician II brought new responsibilities of training new technicians and interns- Conduct all Crash Avoidance tests offered at IIHS: Headlights, Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Vulnerable Road User (VRU - Pedestrian), and recently-added Night Pedestrian (NVRU)- Ensure test setup, execution, and reporting all meticulously follow established protocols- Assist in testing to support research projects and developments of new protocols, such as Driver Monitoring Systems testing and high-speed Forward Collision Warning testing

- Implement data ingestion process using Escalate, an in-house software based in SQL- Conduct data review and analysis using Smartbase, an in-house database management software, on large sets of education data- Filter data using Regular Expressions to meet specific format requirements- Complete quality analysis on the final online portal and client-facing instructional videos

- Used methods based in Applied Behavior Analysis to assist students with both behavior and academic interventions.- Collected accurate data specific to each student and analyzed data for weekly troubleshooting meetings.- Completed necessary training and supervision hours to maintain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.- Contributed to the Feedback Committee as an Instructor representative in order to discuss concerns and school-wide changes with administrators.

Assisted a small auto repair shop function smoothly in any way possible: writing and selling repair estimates, distributing work to master technicians, serving customers, updating inventory, and, occasionally, completing repair work myself.
