I have spent my career helping organizations, communities, and individuals create change. Through organizational development, philanthropy, movement building, leadership development, or psychotherapy, I work with a spirit of genuine curiosity and respect.I currently work as a nonprofit consultant and Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, families, children, and organizations to summon their resources and negotiate the obstacles to growth. I provide collaborative therapy with individuals, couples, and families; conduct training workshops; and consult on special projects for nonprofits. By being authentic and nonjudgmental, I meet individuals and organizations where they're at and support them in achieving the practical goals they set. My clinical training has included practice in narrative, solution-focused, multicultural, and family systems therapies. Additionally, I use techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and emotion focused therapy.
