XM Solutions is an umbrella company formed in 2016 to serve the West Tennessee market area.We are a sister company to XM Solutions, LLC of Murfreesboro, TN. We work with real estate professional and real estate investors on putting together solid deals and assisting them in financial, title work and questions. We are also active real estate investors in the West Tennessee market and are actively looking for our next investment opportunity.

• Directed the Jackson, TN 770,000 square foot distribution center with two off premise warehouses for a total of 1,100,000 square feet.• Planned and implemented the domestic logistical changes needed to transition from a vendor direct to store retail operation to a 100% direct from the distribution center over a 10 year period. This process included numerous DC moves and system changes as the company grew from 50 stores to 335 stores from coast to coast.• Supervised 12 direct salary reports and up to 400 hourly employees with a $7 mil labor budget.• Intricately involved in the design, layout, and implementation of a state of the art, high speed DC with Intelligrated conveyor system and HighJump WMS package, opening in 2004. Involved in all operational design, flows, software configuration, and setup.• Managed the receiving, processing, storage, and shipping of up to 8k import containers per year. The DC held up to 28k pallets of merchandise at peak and shipping 8mil cases per year.• Integrated an e-commerce pick, pack and ship operation to support e-commerce business. Over $30mil in sales and over 35% growth per year. Utilizing FedEx and a ship to store network.• Oversaw purchases of all non retail supplies for a 335 store chain including printed POP materials, signage, store, and office supplies. Brought all supplies in house and develop systems to support stores with all supply needs. The new processes saved over $1 mil /year in expenses and freight cost.• Traffic manager for 10 years. Moved from a small package and LTL direct from vendor network to a truck load direct from DC to store operation. The last 10 years worked directly with transportation department with planning, scheduling and overall outbound transportation needs. Shipped up to 225 truck loads per week to 32 states.• Maintenance manager for all retail locations for 5 years.
