I have managed to consult with particular individuals seeking out employment opportunities in the local business community. I have helped assist these individuals obtain competitive paid employment that has established some sense of stability, offering inclusion in the community, as well as become a contributing citizens in society. Along the way I continue consulting with these individuals to help manage any supports they might need not only in the work setting, but in regards to daily living agendas (obtaining govermental assistance, community recreation and leisure activities, transportation services, etc.). I have also establishes a clear line of communication and networking with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation since this is the primary source regarding client referrals for Journey to Success.

As the Founder and Director of Louisville Futsal I have coordinated a well established futsal winter league season that has grown in size...2008-2009 winter season - 6 teams....2011-2012 winter season - 53 teams. I have helped increase the numbers of players participating in the winter league season...approximately 60 players in 2008/2009...approximately 480 players in 2011/12. Lou. Futsal has helped bring about other winter soccer options for the Louisville soccer community. We have even expanded in areas like Spencer Co., Elizabethtown, KY, Southern Indiana, Scottsburg, IN, etc. that come to participate in our league. Along with the Louisville Futsal league season that entertains team's interest, I have been able to create a traveling futsal club...Louisville Futsal Academy. This program offers additional playing opportunities for certain players that travel to a select number of winter futsal tournaments in the Midwest Region. Aside from these accomplishments I have been able to create a foundation that raises money for certain teams and players in need of financial support regarding league / player soccer fees. I have been able to create partnerships with particular businesses in the local community that not only help contribute to the foundation, but provide recognition and advertisement for the business by way of our local facilities with league play.
