Feeling incredibly fortunate to being part of a company whose product has such a direct impact on peoples health and lives in so many positive ways.As someone who has been directly impacted by a family member with substance abuse and behavioral health problems and going thru the frustrations and feelings of helplessness, I've found myself in a position where I can actually contribute my knowledge and experience to helping others in similar situations, albeit in an indirect way.At Health Information Management Systems (HiMS), I'm currently a team member working on a product called Axiom, a web based electronic health records information system, tailored for organizations that provide mental health/substance abuse assistance and services.
