Managed a team of six inside adjusters tasked with handling homeowners and commercial property claims. Implemented training protocols to improve performance across all lines. Monitored claim file activity, managed and closely monitored performance and developed processes to improve file cycle time and file quality. Investigate and resolve disputed coverage and liability issues assessing appropriate negligence percentage based on State and Jurisdiction.Proactively gather information and determine extent of bodily injury claims, reserving exposure appropriately and maintaining regular and consistent diary.Fully document file with all pertinent coverage, liability and damage assessments; Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury and commercial general liability claims, with both claimants and attorneys.

Make recommendations to senior management regarding improvements to the database.Research concerns brought to the company by clients and end users.Track the completeness of the database to determine the timeliness and coverage.Collaborate with designated colleagues to improve training programs and define new or improved automated data checks.

Research accounts, reconcile accounts, send bills, process remittances, and resolve outstanding discrepancies for a monthly multi-million dollar assignment.
