Responsibilities• Requirements gathering, design, implementation and customization using the BIDS software package of systems at Victorian Department of Transport and Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.• First and second level support for issues in the BIDs package at the Victorian Department of Transport.• First and second level support for issues using Infor PM BPA software • Installation and upgrades of Infor PM BPA software at Nufarm Australia and PMP Limited.• Design and implementation of custom modifications to the Infor PM BPA systems at Nufarm and PMP.• Advising clients on best practices regarding setup and use of the Infor PM BPA software.• Design and implement “plugins” for the BIDS software package, in C# .NET

Responsibilities• Team lead of 6 developers• Product planning, including proposals of new client technology.• Architect of interfaces to back-end components and generate interface.• Design and coding of new GUI client generators and infrastructure, including internal and external documentation of APIs and components.• Consultant to sites wishing to use APIs or generators in integrating GUI or data clients with the LINC 4gl.• Day to day supervision of user contacts and bug notifications, including advising of functionality, workarounds to issues, and bug fixes where required. (2nd and 3rd level support)• Consulting and code reviewing of bug fixes done by off-shore engineers.• Review of client documentation and training.
