Throughout my business career, I have always had a keen interest in how we can do what we do smarter and more cost effectively while engaging the cooperation and collaboration of all involved on both the customer and employee side of the business.Early in my career, I became certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt to learn how to drive improvement more effectively and systematically for any business seeking rapid growth and better profitability. Since that time, I have, by way of example, accomplished the following in continuous improvement: • Developed and deployed a Continuous Improvement program for a $100M+ global business which significantly improved the customer experience and drove top line growth and margin expansion – all of which yielded results and significant business growth in the first year.• Led the deployment of an extensive global enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for 800 users and a lean transformation of the sales process increasing sales at targeted accounts and improving sales efficiency.• Accelerated the product launch process by developing and deploying value selling training programs to 200 sales people globally and supporting new products to meet and exceed launch targets.• Led the development of multiple business and injection molding innovations and subsequent 4 patents. To really effectively and sustainably improve processes, I work closely with executives and senior leadership to build alignment, and develop and engage teams in the design and implementation of actionable business strategies to drive growth, cost reductions and efficiency gains.Working closely with the team, I communicate the plan to the customer, sales team, engineering, IT, operations and product development, building collaborative relationships which will subsequently support the hard work of making the business improvements necessary to achieve profit, growth and quality goals.
