To really effectively and sustainably improve processes, I work closely with executives and senior leadership to build alignment, and develop and engage teams in the design and implementation of actionable business strategies to drive growth, cost reductions and efficiency gains.Working closely with the team, I communicate the plan to the customer, sales team, engineering, IT, operations and product development, building collaborative relationships which will subsequently support the hard work of making the business improvements necessary to achieve profit, growth and quality goals.
