Major projects managed: Battery Park Community Center $7.6 Million -- This facility is designed to and will accomplish LEED Platinum Certification. This new indoor community center will encompass a competition swimming pool, gymnasium, fitness center and locker rooms. Erasmus Hall High School $7.8 Million -- Award Winning restoration of one of the largest and oldest high schools in the nation. Work included replacement of 47 different roofs, in addition to facade restoration and historical window replacements. Manorhaven Beach Park & Pool Project $ 12.6 Million -- New 25,000 sq. ft. main and children pools, as well as renovation to the 12,000 sq. ft. bathhouse and new 3000 sq. ft. of ancillary buildings.Other projects managed: Mattituck Union Free School District $9.2 Million Oyster Bay-East Norwich Central School District $7.9 MillionResponsibilities:Manage and oversee the project management department as well as individual projects. Performall aspects of project coordination including cost evaluations, estimating, accounting, scheduling,procurement, submittals, change orders and close outs.

Projects Supervised: BUNZL Packaging ­ A 125,000 sq. ft./ $6.5 million warehouse and corporate office building. East Hampton Affordable Housing Project --A (28) acre/ $2.9 million, 50 unit housing development. Stonebridge Golf Links and Country Club ­ Consisted of an 18 hole professionally designed golf course, 26,000 sq. ft. full service club house/ restaurant and (105) semi-custom residences.Responsibilities:Total project coordination including: cost estimating, assignment of sub-contractors, paymentrequisitions, client/owner relationship and complete turnkey coordination.
