- Managing 80+ warehouse staffs within a 36k SQM facility generating $8.4M annual revenue.- Direct, develop, implement and improve all Operational Processes to ensure effective management of receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipment of products to customers. - Coordinate with customs and government authorities whereever necessary, to ensure compliance to customs clearance procedures and legal requirements.- Ensures that Security, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures are adhered to at all times within areas of responsibility. - Ensuring that Operations are fully 5S compliant. - Develop & implement appropriate Operational KPIs in order to understand and improve overall Operational performance. - Responsible for the delivery of annual cost reduction targets for all responsible operations. - Ensure that Monthly billing for all the customers are submitted to finance team within the given timelines.- To ensure all Inventory Management are fulfilled in line with customer & business requirements. - Liaise with relevant support staff (Maintenance, Facilities, HR, IT and Finance) to ensure uninterrupted customer service and operational execution.- Ensure effective communication with the customers, customs and forwarders in regards to status of shipments and general service milestones in order to enabling timely resolution of any issues that may occur or changes to customer requirements.- Responsible for the management of all Operational resourcing, training, personal development and operational versatility, ensuring a dynamic and motivated operation at all times. - Liaise with Operations Teams’ across various sites to facilitate intra department deployment of resources as required in order to minimise operational costs.- To promote and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement via Kaizens & implementation of Lean methodologies.

Tools: Citrix ERP, carrier & port website, navigator, onescan.- Drive on time delivery, update milestones, communicate exceptions.- File Administration: Responsible for opening and closing of all import and export jobs.- Updating all related and mandatory shipment information along with billing details within the agreed operational KPI's.- Document handover, Co-ordinate release of shipments to consignees based on standard cargo release process detailed in documented standard release procedures.- Rating & Billing, Cross checking of customer invoices and vendor/inter-company accruals should be done on a regular basis within the timelines.
