Train and assist customers in the use of Motorola Emergency Call Handling (ECH) software including the VESTA suite of products (VESTA 911 Admin, VESTA 911 Agent, VESTA Analytics, VESTA O&M, PEAbody, VESTA Map Local, VESTA products used in the JTIC environment) and Emergency CallWorks suite of products (AdminiStation, CallStation and DecisionStation) and assist the ECH team with implementation of software.
