Current- Practice emphasis in insurance and general employment law defense matters. Successfully manage all aspects of case management from inception through completion, including: research and development of strategy; trial.
- Successfully defend EEOC and PHRC complaints from fact-finding to conclusion of litigation and settlement negotiations.
- Provide employment law consultative /legal advice and counsel to corporate institutions including: education; trucking; pharmaceutical; healthcare; manufacturing; and communications industries in defense.
- Provide workers’/unemployment compensation legal advice to corporate institutions and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
- Serve as human resources consultant to corporate institutions for the development and implementation of employee handbooks, human resources policies & procedures, performance management and job descriptions.
