Implemented Long Range Plan for multi-site business and Strategic focused plan for gross profit improvement through year over year productivity improvement. Structure goal deployment plan to have an A3 thinking for laser focused execution. Worked with my team to be a leader in all company sites in employee engagement at 83%. Reduced inventory from $22M to $17M. Improved OTS to 97.6%.

This business was a low volume highly complex product environment (MTO and ETO products). Implemented Customer Care Center. Structured and implemented goal deployment plan to have an A3 thinking for laser focused execution. Worked with my team to achieve an employee engagement score improvement from 59% to 73% in 2018, leadership of approximately 270 associates. Strategically worked with enterprise to optimize global integrated supply chain footprint to relocate this business to larger facility.Received distinguished President’s Award in 2018

Residential Strategic Business UnitResponsible for Global Integrated Supply Chain team with progressive promotions from leader of the Coil operations, to the Furnace operations and eventually both the Furnace and Fabrication operations. Worked with leadership team to meet Productivity goals for the Trenton, New Jersey site on a revenue of $400+M. Led the Employee Engagement and Leadership of an organization of 600+ associates; Implemented lean manufacturing processes (TPS), principals, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Served as the coach on productivity and employee engagement strategy to deliver best business results for entire site of approximately 1,200 employees; Employee engagement champion (improved DMEI from 85% to 88% in 2017). Improved direct labor effectivity from 76% to 108%.Received distinguished President’s Award for Operation Excellence; Finalist Award for Chairman’s Award; President's award for Inclusion and Diversity.

Oversight of full P&L for two manufacturing plants (injection molding and assembly) with operational functionality; Led both plants while in recovery mode with specific emphasis on crisis management; Spearheaded projects for 300+ employees with 14 direct reports. Worked with team to implement lean manufacturing processes that allowed scrap reduction plan to exceed target performance of 54% of sales and continuous improvement savings in excess of 15%; Achieved 100% continuous improvement commitment from value stream analysis through kaizen events and process improvements.
