My recent focus includes recruiting, coaching and mentoring Customer Experience teams at TAFE NSW, UTS College and the Australian Institute of Music. Currently I am manage Nationally, a team of staff providing overnight support services for University Students in Residential Colleges and Purpose Built Student Accommodation.
