CurrentAs Director I drive the vision and strategy for Redwood's self-service business intelligence and analytics offerings by providing architecture leadership and oversight of development initiatives to deliver feature rich, cost effective, and high-quality solutions. I lead the development team responsible for engineering Redwood’s business intelligence and analytics platform. I work directly with business stakeholders along with team members to conceptualize, architect, design and deliver actionable insights in an agile environment.I manage a team of developers who work with all levels of the organization to facilitate requirement gathering and convert those requirements into solutions that provide valuable insights. I am accountable for routine communication of results, capabilities, and issues to key stakeholders, and for forging strong relationships to raise the analytical acumen and capabilities within the organization.I actively work to evolve and improve Redwood’s data management practices, information management practices, and delivery of business analytics that enhance business decision making. I institute processes and procedures to maintain best practices associated with the development, use, and governance of data analytics.
