Structure and lead joint team design, problem solving and planning processes. • Building Investment Opportunities and Managing Strategic Programs – Work with accountable owners across the company to define investment theses, financial models, measures of success and implementation approach. Lead candidate investment through pipeline life-cycle including scoping, estimations, trade-offs, and approval. Lead and own the implementation.• Business, Product and Market Analysis – Research and write investment cases. Estimate opportunity value proposition, evaluate product use cases, determine market size and target market share. Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, regulatory hurdles and technology dynamics. • Internal Business Consulting - Provide planning, execution tools and expertise to ensure efficient execution and minimal rework. Maintain an enterprise view to bring about high quality decisions for the company. • Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures Integrations – Lead acquisition due diligence and integration planning processes. Determine and set in place due diligence and integration planning methodologies. Write diligence findings, answer team questions, produce integration plans and timeline estimates. • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication – Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Plan, conduct and produce materials for senior executive meetings at all levels of the company to ensure organizational alignment.
