Leading a team of off-shore & on-shore data analytic resources in commercial insurance to provide Data Source Identification, Blending & Visualisation

The role was primarily focused on writing code, designing new systems and improving existing programmes. I managed implementation and improvement projects across their full lifecycle, developing expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, specification development, project planning, stakeholder management, cost estimating and budgeting. In addition to working collaboratively with teams across the business to improve system integrity and reliability, I also mentored junior staff and developed robust professional relationships at all levels. Product support, problem investigation and incident management were also a key part of this role, and I developed a reputation for providing expert guidance and quality solutions.
