Managing a division of 8 Composite and Metallics Aerospace structure and manufacturing engineers. Working with CATIA, Solid Works, Ansys, Python, SQL, VBA, database analytics, Power BI, department budgets, product analysis, and delivering products to market.

Position:• To manage 18 engineering employees at Johnson Controls in the product engineering group to create new products to increase profit and revenue within the product portfolio Duties:• Developing and Focusing the engineering team on New Product Introduction process• Ensuring that current programs are completed on schedule, within budget and meet customers’ requirements for performance and quality.• Providing direction and oversight of engineering teams to achieve uniformity in product offerings per Lead Acid batteries including Flooded and AGM to the After market, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota and other OE's.• Developing future vision for technology including new products. Reviewing existing technology roadmap and recommend any needed changes or adjustments. • Developing systems, process, and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Providing oversight of major projects involving multiple disciplines and large capital expenditures. • Working closely with Sales/Marketing/Finance team to bring new products to the market through sound business plan analysis.• Participating as part of company’s strategic management team.

Position: • Senior Machine Engineer Duties: • Leading a team of designers to meet schedule and budget • Working with manufacturing engineers/customers to create products in alignment with the corporate strategy • Creating and leading the companies engineering change process • Creating special machines for automated manufacturing equipment

Position: • Senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Duties: • Working with chemists, CMM operators, and Electrical Engineers to produce products that align with the corporate strategy • Creating the product launch and revision process • PCB Layout, Electronic Packaging, and Reverse Engineering with CMM

Position: • Robot Arm Tooling Engineer Duties: • Robot Tooling, Adhesive Pump Systems, and Fixture Design • CAD design to meet quality expectations of the saleable products

Position: • CAD Designer Duties: • Automated Welding Equipment and Die Design • Working with Senior Engineers to transfer their ideas into saleable products
