As the Corporate Development Director, I drive strategic initiatives to propel growth and strengthen market competitiveness. Additionally, I lead projects of strategic importance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to the owners and managing directors, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term vision and overall strategic direction.

I led the financing activities and developed and executed innovative financing solutions to address the financing needs of the group’s operations and investments. In this capacity, I successfully raised approximately EUR 250 million through green bond issuance, investment loans, and working capital loans. I also acquired a comprehensive understanding of non-refundable European Union grant programs. Furthermore, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to identify, evaluate, and execute M&A transactions and other strategic collaborations, including joint ventures, co-filling agreements, and distribution agreements, contributing to the growth and enhanced market presence of the HELL Group.

Throughout my tenure at KPMG, I led the entire M&A process, expertly navigating every phase from lead generation to deal execution. I crafted and executed value-maximizing exit strategies for private business owners and delivered transaction advisory services also on the buy side for clients both in Hungary and abroad. My leadership extended to numerous financing and capital-raising projects, as well as overseeing a diverse range of company valuations. Having advised over 50 clients, I gained extensive experience in working with domestic and international business owners, multinational corporations, private equity firms, state-owned enterprises, and real estate investors. My track record showcased my ability to provide top-tier M&A advisory for my clients.
