- Coordinate and manage various project deliverables that include new infrastructure, life cycle migrations, corporate initiatives and real estate requirements- Create and manage projects plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology (Project Charter, Scope, WBS, Budget,etc.)- Coordinate and manage service provisionning of equipment through various Bell systems and various business units including: Project Manager, Field Services, Building Management, IT Network L3 Operation teams, etc.- Lead communication plans for change management with the aim of ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of all deliverables- Define business and system requirements- Oversee the execution of specific project segments in order to meet the overall schedule, as well as the budget and objectives- Responsible for the coordination of network activities (migration, changes, withdrawals, special requests, etc.) in an Hybrid environment
