Supervises direct field construction activitiesand area and craft Superintentendents. Helps administy safety programs. coordinates site activities with help of supervisors and staff perrsonnel. Makes sure work is executed in accordance with drawings and specifications.Allocates manpower and equipment resqurces. analyzes man hour and hour and schedule reports and recmmends implentation of corrective actions when required,with the concurrence of Construction Projest Manager. Makes sure craftwork assignments are in accordance with established and local practices. Makes sure that Supervisor to craft laber ratios are adequate for the performance of the work by each discipline. Mantains effectivelaber relations and makes Contruction Projct Manger aware of any problemor potential problems either existing or anticipated. Oversees the development and appraises area superintendents, craft supervisors and field labor. Attends subcontractor meetings. Enforces project controls procedures and processes. Is aware of all direct contruction personnel duties and responsibilities and momitors for adherence to procedures and the project execution pan. Keeps Construction Project Manager updated onjob conditions as relates to field conditions or special requirements and any developing problems,which could produce anegative project impact to either schedule or cost.
