    - Led the year-long Design Management Academy for DPR. This included the initial analysis of the performance gap, the identification and management of 10 subject-matter experts, developing a curriculum and the deployment of the Academy to over 200 participants. - Directed additional design management efforts to create a consistent role description for Design Managers (a new role at DPR), led Design Manager network calls, facilitated the creation of a design manager playbook, and started a podcast “Beyond the Drawing Board”, which interviewed internal design experts and thought leaders throughout the architectural, engineering and construction industry.- Captained organizational change effort around reestablishing DPR’s “technical dominance” of our MEP disciplines, through the analysis, restructuring, development and education of DPR’s technical builders.- Launched DPR’s first “craft” employee engagement survey. The Survey effort involved a national team of 50 to successfully deploy a multilingual web-link survey to 3500 craft team members in the U.S. The survey campaign included branding, communications, and IT team coordination. Final survey participation percentages exceeded 75%.International Leadership- DPR International People Practices lead, responsible for the guidance of local DPR People Practices professionals (HR, L&D and Mobility) in Amsterdam, and APAC. Leadership and guidance involved adherence to company’s best practices, organization, and accountability of local office “People Strategies”.- Led DPR’s first “Cultural Best Practices” session for DPR International in Amsterdam in October of 2019. Organized DPR leadership, including our CEO and multiple management committee members to facilitate a multi-session four daylong conference for 70+ DPR International team members on all things DPR.

    - Co-launched an e-learning business unit through DPR’s subsidiary, vConstruct, a virtual design, administration and software services solutions company, to create customized e-learning content for DPR and other companies in the architectural, engineering and construction space. - Built and managed a team of DPR’s first two Instructional Designers and our first Learning Systems Coordinator, which doubled the size of our learning and development team in a year. - Researched, pitched and received buy-in to purchase a corporate membership with CEB’s HR Leadership Council for Midsized Companies. Through the leadership of this effort DPR’s various HR functions deepened alignment through project-sharing and collaboration opportunities. - Responsible for scaling up DPR’s internal coaching program by partnering with an external coaching firm, BetterUp, to lead a cohort of 20 high potential employees through their year-long coaching program. Program participants have rated themselves as seeing a 20-point increase in leadership readiness since starting the program. - Led an Human Resources functional team workshop of 15 of DPR’s top HR leaders across the talent management, learning and development, as well as the policy and benefits functions. The workshop was designed with the goal to optimize the employee experience through increased functional maturity and collaboration.
