I am presently navigating what I would call the elder stage of my life. I have also created a project called The Good Decision (thegooddecsion.org) which is both a decision process design to avoid cultural,polical gender, and racial triggers through a process shaped more around neuro-pathways than values. I also post and invite conversation in a series of posts relating the much used, abused, and loved word 'good' to todays current issues.My work has been in policy, legislation, direct services in the fields of disability services and organizational needs assessment dating back to the onset of the deinstitutionalization era up to the era of committed inclusion. I am essentially volunteering this phase of life to anything I can find or develop to help heal the culture in which we live.
