Contracted through Affiliated Computer Services Designing and Implementation of training materials for Goodyear proprietary software. Was given limited access to SME’s and technical documentation that needed to be rewritten for end-user training/train the trainer materials. Information Mapping and Instructional Design Theory were used in order to best fit the end-user the client was intending to train on the new business system. The final end-users were individual business owners that ran Goodyear service centers. Created power-points, Instructor and Participant Guides, walk-thru, and demonstration materials for two projects that consisted of 18 modules for Wave 1 and 30 modules for Wave 2.

 Designing and Implementation of training materials for SAP R/3 and APO system, BEx BW query, converting process designs into layman terms for end users and creating InfoPak recordings, static walkthroughs, PowerPoint slides, and Word Documents, to train end users. This project was rolled out in two waves of information. The first wave consisted of a partial roll-out of information and my area had 10 modules for three business areas in Supply Chain Planning. The second wave had 15 modules for the same area. Experiences learned from Wave 1 were incorporated into the new modules for the Wave 2.
