My focus areas include brokerage, 1031 exchanges, ground leases, portfolio valuations, market intelligence, negotiations, team leadership and restructuring. I’ve successfully sold many single and multi-tenant properties for various clients including Kimco, GE, Office Depot, National Retail Properties, US Restaurant Properties and Provisions, an owner of multi-tenant industrial and office properties. I have also negotiated many retail leases and provided property management throughout the United States.My extensive negotiation experience and attention to detail have been instrumental in growing new businesses.
