- Provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation as well as exceptional customer service to persons with disabilities
- Practice fair and nondiscriminatory treatment towards customers daily
- Manage requests for information, comments, or complaints daily from customers regarding available services
- Maintain open communication with VIAtrans team members for problem resolution, knowledge transfer of helpful information, and to support junior staff new to the program
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively communicate verbally, both in person and by VIAtrans communication equipment
- Demonstrate a professional commitment to assure compliance with all organizational policies, practices and programs; related to safety, health, and system security
