The general running and management of a very busy UK Technical department. Duties Include planning, design, costing and negotiation of Systems and project sales including customer and client support and backup. Customer and staff training. Both pre-sales and after sales technical backup and support and the evaluation of competitive product's. The Job involves travelling to provide backup and support to clients both on site and at client location. I have been involved in many large projects over the years and take great enjoyment and pride in seeing a job well done from start to finish. The job involves being a front-line player and excellent communication and customer relationship skills are a vital part of my role. Organisation and good work ethics concerning delicate and sensitive client information are vital in this role also. I am known within the trade for my discretion and trustworthy approach when working with clients on large projects.

I have had many years in this role as a key player in the development of new business and ideas. I have taken my role with Televes very seriously over the years and I feel very proud to have played a key role in some of the major achievements that this company has made within our industry in the UK. One of the highlights of this job was carrying out training and giving advice on behalf of the company on the effects and impacts of 4G LTE within our trade. This role has taken me to many locations within the UK and I have met many friends and associates with whom I continue to enjoy long lasting relations with. I pride myself on my work ethic's and enjoy the good working relationship's that I continue to have with both our long term and new client base.
