Includes leadership of project managers, mission operations integration, engineering project management, and setting the strategic vision for the range.

Directs Engineering activities supporting NASA's Wallops Flight Facility launch range under the Range Operations Contract. Focus is on upgrading ground systems to meet emerging mission requirements and sustaining existing infrastructure.

Project Manager directing Range Operations Contract support for Expendable Launch Vehicles (ELVs), sounding rockets and engineering projects. - Led range contract support for 1st-ever Antares COTS mission from WFF; designed/implemented instrumentation architecture and oversaw $5.9 million range upgrades critical to $1.9 billion program- Oversaw ROC range support for the 1st ELV mission under the present contract; $120 million Air Force surveillance mission a total success.

Command lead for $2.5 billion Eastern and Western launch and test range system (LTRS) program requirements. Influenced future range acquisitions and LTRS architecture, including the revolutionary Launch Enterprise Transformation initiative to modernize the national ranges by incorporating Global Positioning System metric tracking and Autonomous Flight Safety Systems.

Commanded flight of 19 officers and led base's Combat Mission Ready training program to maintain proficiency of 66 certified launch system operators. Ensured optimum configuration/performance of tracking, telemetry, comm, data analysis and meteorological assets worth over $1.5 billion. As executive officer to Base Commander, wrote or reviewed all correspondence and staff packages and directed execution of all policies and guidance.- Commanded range operations for 5 launch campaigns worth $2 billion (Delta II, Minuteman III, Missile Defense, Pegasus); led over 250 personnel from pre-launch through countdown operations.- Managed 18-person range operations flight; developed crew ops procedures, produced daily range status reports for 213 instrumentation sites.- Rated #1 of 196 mid-level officers and named "Best CMR operator" on installation by Base Commander

Commanded flight of 20 missile crew members and mission support personnel. Conducted and supervised crew training. As Alternate Command Post commander, responsible to the President for offensive application of 200 ICBMs, 20 missile crews and $5.4 billion weapon system.- Led annual Code Change for squadron multiple times; 155 components in 3 days at 55 remote locations; the most stringent/complex peacetime ICBM operation.- Rated #1 of 60 unit officers & #1 of 3 Flight Commanders; Unit Crew/Yr (#1 of 23); competitively selected #1 of 69 officers for Flight Commander position.

Planned, scheduled and implemented installation and repair of radio and television systems. Evaluated system performance and advocated/implemented changes to equipment. - Brought AFNEWS into the digital era with acquisition and installation of AVID Newscutter nonlinear editing system.- Agency's Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year (#1 of 50); redesigned $1.5 million tape system for more efficient operations.

Maintained and operated equipment valued over $5.7 million. Lead technician for DoD’s only mobile satellite uplink system for video. - Air Mobility Command’s “Outstanding Comm-Electronics Maintenance Technician” of the year; selected #1 among thousands command-wide. - 4-time Airman of the Year, including Non Commissioned Officer Association, Worldwide Air Combat Camera Service, and nomination to Air Force for “12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.”- Won Airlift/Tanker Association Young Leader Award
