My role(s) at ZOOK have presented many different challenges over the years. I believe that I have taken all these challenges in stride and have made a lot of progress in developing new skill sets because of them. I especially enjoy being involved with developing the future facility layout, equipment and system upgrades and developing new updated processes for testing and manufacturing. I enjoy evaluating problems and coming up with a workable solution. With many years of exposure to different parts of the business I feel I offer a unique perspective in problem solving.I have always enjoyed helping the Engineering and Sales teams with communicating technical information to our customers. I enjoy helping people and sharing what I have learned over the years for their own development needs.I enjoy learning new things and being included in refining old processes as well as implementing new processes.I take a lot of pride in my accomplishments in life (in and out of the work environment).
