• Working under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in a multitude of responsibilities and functions in design • Design a multitude of projects for Public Schools in the five boroughs using AutoCad to generate detailed computer drawings. Projects involving A/C Installation, IP Based Camera Surveillance Systems, IP Based Public Address Systems, Electrical Service Upgrades, Boiler Conversions and Climate Control. • Design demolition and installation floor plans, one-line diagrams, riser diagrams and site plans as well as include specifications for the General Contractor and Project Officer in charge of construction. • Responsible for the entire workflow process of a project; Scope Turnovers, Scope Reports, Design, Project Turnovers, Substantial Completion Walkthroughs, etc. • Address all paperwork and issues following Project Turnover with Project Officers and Contractors; Submittals, Bulletins, RFI’s, Change Orders, etc. • Create Service Requests to Con Edison and be present at meetings to assess any issues with the Service Layout.
