Roberts’s career began in the United Kingdom where he established a leading company specialising in all facets of glazing. JML (Jarvis Mastic Ltd) became on of the leading glazing specialists throughout the UK and Europe, completing iconic projects throughout the world. Robert’s strong leadership skills were evident and used these to form a large team of highly skilled personnel that helped build the foundations of such a successful business. His proficient training skills enabled Robert to create multiple teams undertaking maintenance and upgrade works for utility sub-stations and other grid works nationwide.During 2010, Robert and his family embarked on a new challenge in Australia taking on a role within the Remedial industry in NSW. This role, combined with Roberts’s vast experience gave his employer an edge on projects such as that of the prestigious Green Cape Lighthouse. In late 2012, Rob joined Nour Nwiran in forming Remedial Technologies Australia (Remtech).
