July 1999 - January 2008 Served as a US Navy Firecontrolman responsible for troubleshooting complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems including CCTV, FLIR, servo control systems, RADAR and LINUX based computer systems. Task included performing system upgrades, testing, corrective and preventative maintenance.February 2008 - September 2010Managed a high performing team of technicians as a Division Lead in the weapon systems maintenance division. This role included supervising maintenance and material management (3M) programs, explosive safety program, arms, ammunition and explosives program, surface warfare program, visit, board, search and seizure program, anti-terrorism/force protection program.October 2010 - July 2023Managing teams as large as 50 personnel. Served as a Department Lead in a shipboard environment. Qualified as Anti-Submarine Warfare Coordinator, Surface Warfare Coordinator, Combat System Officer of the Watch, Conning Officer, and Junior Officer of the Deck.My most recent role is as the Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Division Lead at Littoral Combat Ship Squadron Two, Mayport FL. In this capacity I supervise maintenance database management in SKED, serve as CSMP manager utilizing MFOM/AWN, plan maintenance availabilities, and exercise oversite of LCS class ships.
