• Managing Sale/ Activation of Prepaid Sim/Smart Phone/Datacard/Easy Load and Recharge Vouchers through distribution.• Managing Revenue growth (primary/secondary of recharge business)• Monitoring merchandising of signage and POP at retail point• Managing sale of handsets and data cards through KRO’s• Managing Distributor Claims• Managing Promotional activities and Tie-ups sale.• Managing Stock norms at Distributor point.• Market Mapping of competition

Managing Wireline Broadband as well as Dial-up business through DST Sales, Installation and Maintenance.• Managing Distributors DST to liquidate the stock.• Maintaining unit as well as value penetration of Broadband business.• Identifying and recruiting new channel partners.

Key Responsibilities: • To coordinate with distributors and achieve sales objectives by brand/pack wise for his area on daily basis.• To assign secondary sales & distribution targets to the distributors to seek maximum market potential and to achieve the objectives of the set area.• To draw up the route plan of the route salesmen to optimize coverage cost effectively.• Effectively implement any sales, promotional, merchandising and advertising programs as specified and assigned for the specific area.Control and Monitoring• To review regularly and monitor daily/weekly and monthly activity reports: Stock flavor/pack wise, primary/secondary sale, COL tracking and ensure empties receipt against dispatches.• To ensure that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor the customer’s outstanding accounts.• To be aware and report on competitive activities, trends and developments and plan activities to counter them.• Ensure the merchandising standards of the outlets through trade visits.• Create awareness of environment hygiene and upkeep of stocks at the distributor’s godown and tracking of DOD/BBD stocks by ensuring FIFO movement.
