As a subject matter expert for payments and industry banking channels I have supported several internal teams, clients, and scheme contacts with complex escalations. I represented the bank at industry meetings regarding upcoming change and regulatory requirements pertaining to scheme. Additionally, I was responsible for offering my expertise so that strategic solutions could be identified for scheme and bank projects. This has meant that I have been responsible for elements of live confidence testing, data collation and interpretation as well as ensuring that stakeholder communication is timely and sufficient. I also assisted in the transition from an existing platform for the ordering of smartcards to a new solution that allowed universal access across the business for multiple payment channels. I provided observations throughout the process to ensure that the correct data was ready to be migrated and the new solution was fit for purpose. I have also spent time working within the project change team, where I obtained an industry recognised qualification 'The Fundamentals of Project Management'.
