Responsible for Security Event Monitoring, Management and Response. Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring. Manage the Data Security Support function for VDC and client premise which is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for managed security solutions (FW, IPS, Anti-spam, Antivirus, DDoS, etc.).

Analyzes and troubleshoots problems received from Helpdesk or from clients• Conducts vulnerability assessment, network assessment, and IT security policy assessment for business units and external clients• Handles IT account projects on security products; prepares proposal and schedules; installs products for business units and on-site customer’s premises• Regularly monitors deployed products; provides technical support to clientsHandles incident response and/or on-sight support when needed• Compiles functional specification and configuration documents for post-sales engineer• Prepares a detailed reporting of project/process particulars (i.e project/program status)• Recommends standardization and enhancement of existing systems, programs, or products• Test new security solutions to be used internally or be productize

Conducts product installation, configuration, presentations, proof of concept, administration training and terms of reference for the following products: Check Point, Trendmicro and Tipping Point.

Installation and configuration of security solutions (Check Point Firewall and Websense URL Filtering). Analyze and troubleshooting of clients problem with regards to security.
